Had to clear up items for things to go correctly. Everything was great after pickup was set.

I was very slow to get back to the poor folks, as I was trying to purchase a vehicle at the same time and bless them, they checked in with me a couple times and we finally got it done 🙏

Communication thru the whole process was great. Any questions asked were quickly responded to.

Lots of updates on progress. Showed up on time as promised. I'm a ways out of town so it took about 9-10 days to get it picked up. Still, a positive experience.

Everything went very smoothly and quickly. From filling out the form online, to the tow truck coming to pick up my car, and the followup emails from the company. I will definitely do this again when the opportunity arises.

The entire process was so simple. And, the organization quickly got our car to market, sold it and returned our tax receipt quickly.

The process was almost seamless. My questions were answered in a timely fashion. Only issue was that somehow the title went missing. I am 100% certain in left the title in the glove compartment and checked before I handed over the keys.

they made getting rid of my boat easy but were super annoying to make me write a review before they would issue my donation receipt. So I took off one star for that.

Towing company is great, helpful to finalize the paper work involved, took away the car without difficulty. What a relieve to take this out of our mind and to feel peaceful and grateful for all the help received
