I find it easier to read and answer questions online as it is made clear
They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

Despite changing the dates of my trip on 3 occasions your staff treated me patiently and with respect. They also had to explain where to find my endorsement to print off for my visa application. 5***** treatment all the way

Seemed like a bargain until I made a claim. They refused to honour a claim for a lost mobile phone claiming they didn't cover them- but that tiny small print was on page 15 and on the front page it offered cover for "personal items and valuables" with no indication that phones weren't covered. Sneaky. Had I know they were like this about phones I would never have used them. I also was unimpressed by their communication response time and the bored sounding woman who eventually answered my phone call.

You have to go over the same questions every time even when there’s only a few months between policies being booked,if records were maintained say for a year cut off a simple any change question would suffice?Also my policy price has steadily increased during a claim free four year period of booking twice a year sometimes three for the same location.Isnt it usual for it to decrease with no claim,loyalty,etc?

I booked with this company to travel to Scotland. unfortunately I injured my knee so had to cancel the week. I was sent the wrong address for the forms that I printed off costing some £1.50 plus postage. Their insurance company ( they are just brokers !! ) passed me to Rightpath in Croydon. they didnt receive the forms because they had moved offices ! so a week , and forms wasted. printed the whole lot off again and sent to the correct address on Rochford. they managed to " lose " these again. so more time wasted without any settlement. A third lot of forms went recorded delivery ! more cost. weeks have gone by, whilst they " lose " bank details etc. after a month, no claim settled. dont touch thiese companies. your contract may be with Just Travel, but they are not the insurance company should you need to make a claim. bad enough dealing with hospitals and pain without all this added aggro. find another insurance company for your travel.
