I had a policy with a competitor and…
I had a policy with a competitor and had declared I was awaiting medical tests. They accepted my application. On phoning to say I'd had tests clearing me from any arterial problems I said in all honesty they wanted to do an MRI scan to back up their findings. The Insurer at that point said they couldn't insure me nor repay my premium. I have paperwork to back up my health statement and their acceptance. I then phoned Just. I had a totally professional but sympathetic agent handling my call. My application was accepted and policy created. Everything done brilliantly. Yes I'm paying quite a lot for it but that wasn't unexpected. I'd recommend Just to anyone.

Feel cheated
Paid £291 in Jan as waiting for day case procedure. Had procedure 14 days later ... feel it is unreasonable I was not allowed a part refund. Feel cheated !!
