They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. I was having trouble finding travel insurance due to me being on a waiting list for an initial medical investigation. The advisor listened to my worries about not being able to get cover, was very knowledgable and helpful and he found me a firm willing to insure me. I would 100% use this service in the future.
