Very helpful lady called Joy talked us through policies and we made a choice that we were happy with. She explained everything clearly and was very helpful & friendly. I made a further phone call as I had received a Black Friday discount via text and the next lady I spoke to applied this and authorised a credit to my Bank account. It was via Myeloma UK that we heard about it and we chose it because it stated that a percentage donation would be made to the Charity, I would be most grateful if you could confirm that this has been sent to Myeloma UK

Easy to navigate on line
Good experience when taking out policy and fair price. The proof of the pudding would be how well they perform when claiming and that is always a concern with travel insurance companies. You hear so many horror stories these days of insurance companies refusing to pay out for unfair reasons.

Just travel were very easy to deal with over the phone. Explained all policy options clearly, no hard sell, and friendly service. Found the policy I needed, at a good price. I have used them for travel insurance previously, and I'll certainly be back again. Thank you.
