Why so expensive

Why so expensive, we are going to Mexico in june and my husband has motor neuron disease Al's.he is ok to fly .we went through every little detail to make sure we are all covered in the event should anything happen, but hopefully not. But can you really justify the huge price tag.???? It's not like we have thousands of pounds just lying around, I find it hard to believe that this isn't just taking advantage of people who are either terminally ill or disabled, it's not fair that we should be charged high price just to go on a much needed holiday like anyone else.

I found the filling in of the application quite time consuming and the price was double what I paid for the same insurance back last year. Is it not possible that my record be retained on my account so that when I make a new application my record would come up and I would simply amend the record if there was any change. I presume the cost was double as (a) I was a year older and (b) the coronavirus. I would like to know if there were any other reasons.

A company that has people that want to speak to you

Didn’t have time to complete the on line application so someone phoned me to see if they could help me. Within 5mins all sorted and insured. Really good to speak to someone who not only understood my requirement but was more than happy to help. Nice to deal with a person not a online form

I have never had cause to use Just…

I have never had cause to use Just Travel for anything other than policy inception (thankfully) but if their claims department are anything like their new policy and renewals department, then I do not have to worry at all. The young lady who took my call was genuine , friendly and helpful. She also was patient enough to put up with my indecision. Thank you.
