They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

Very efficient and helpful customer service people. Extremely good price for cover, including pre-existing medical conditions. Unfortunately, we had to cancel before the end of the 14 day cooling off period because the coronavirus meant we had to cancel our holiday, but we would certainly use Just Travel Cover again and hope that it is in the near future!
Be warned - this insurance company will not cover you for cancellation where the FCO has advised against travel due the Coronavirus - Do not buy this policy if you want complete cover. We called up Just Travel Cover as our ski holiday to France was cancelled due to Coronavirus, however they won't cover the cost of the cancellation, even though the resort has been shut down and we can't travel there. This is purely because their cover doesn't include FCO advice, which is strange due to the statement on their own website: Justtravelcover.com are working with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) to help promote safe travel abroad. We are proud to be a partner of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in its Know Before You Go Campaign. Please make sure you go with a provider that will cover you for FCO Travel Advice.
We have booked a trip to Berlin which we are now unable to attend due to the fact that all travel to EU countries is now banned for the next 30 days. We have now been informed that we are not covered because it’s due to Coronavirus which isn’t covered in our policy?? This is absolutely disgusting!! At no point when booking were we informed about this!
I know little about what other companies provide but the cover offered by Just Travel Cover - the way it accomodates those with prior health problems, and the choice of plans - seems good. What is not good is that, to contact the company from abroad, one must phone. That could be expensive and have time-difference problems. The company seems to offer Facebook chat, but (1) not everyone is one Facebook (and there are reasons to avoid it), (2) that route is not widely advertised. *An e-mail address should be offered.* Also, it turns out that the insurance for cancellation and delay pertains only to problems caused by . . oneself. Is that cynical and disingenuous? The problems mean that I will not use the company again.
Excellent service and the member of staff I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions regarding my cover and insurance during this corona virus. The prices were very competitive too despite my having diabetes. Would definitely look again at Just Travel Cover for my next trip later this year.

I have had travel insurance with Just Travel for some time and they always seem to have good cover at good prices. And I have had a claim which was paid with no quibbles, that is the real test.
Disappointed you couldn’t continue to give me a full years policy. Apparently my age disqualified me. Ageist. I knew last year you weren’t going to cover me for my existing illnesses and I thought that it would be the same this year however that wasn’t possible as I’m 76 in a few days.
