Use Just Travel - they are GOOD.
They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

Good prices, good service; when I called at a busy time, they got a real human bean to answer, offer to call back, tell me good times to call. The process remains clunky; since every health insurer seems to ask the same health questions, using the same software, why can't we answer them once and have a reference number to give to all of them? Just a thought..

The four stars represents my experience of filling in my application and paying my fee! Thank goodness I have not been in a position of having to make a claim. The only reviews that should matter are of those individuals who have the misfortune to make a claim and how the company has treated them.
