Contact options are too limited; arguably misleading terms
I know little about what other companies provide but the cover offered by Just Travel Cover - the way it accomodates those with prior health problems, and the choice of plans - seems good. What is not good is that, to contact the company from abroad, one must phone. That could be expensive and have time-difference problems. The company seems to offer Facebook chat, but (1) not everyone is one Facebook (and there are reasons to avoid it), (2) that route is not widely advertised. *An e-mail address should be offered.* Also, it turns out that the insurance for cancellation and delay pertains only to problems caused by . . oneself. Is that cynical and disingenuous? The problems mean that I will not use the company again.
