Extremely polite and helpful
I had an additional health issue to add to the list from my previous insurance, so the website said I needed to speak to someone. I ended up speaking to a very helpful young lady and she was able to assist and get me exactly the cover that I needed. I was also impressed with the overall price, considering the extra health issue. I have used JustTravel for the last 5 holidays and will definitely be using them in the future.

A good company to use for the over 70βsβ¦
A good company to use for the over 70βs with medical conditions. I have used them previously but found that they frequently recorded my answers to their medical questions wrongly. So despite their competitive prices I switched to another company for a while. I decided to try them again and this time not a single error and a cheaper price than than the other company. I shall be back.

A very pleasant experience!
We have been refused insurance by other Insurance Brokers in the past (admittedly for other holidays), but Just Travel Cover were very friendly and courteous, and provided an excellent insurance at a very competitive price. And on top of that they took another 10% off the premium! A very pleasant experience, and we will definitely use them again in future.

The person I did speak to was very professional and explained everything very clearly so I was in the best position to choose which policy suited my needs the best.A very warm and kind young man called Paul answered all my questions and put me at ease I would definitely recommend Just travel
