Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

There were a number of potential spanners in the works for the sale of a house I had been letting out. Missing certificates for works done years ago, difficulty proving my id because I had not updated my address on the title deed, and buyer's questions ranging from pernickety to ridiculous. Kylie was always available by phone, or prompt returning my calls. She was happy to deal with my letting/management agents, where they had more knowledge of the property than I did. The sale went through as smoothly as I could expect, the only delays being due to the buyer. I would be more than happy to use JS Law again.

After a very long and protracted process we finally exchanged at the crucial moment (whilst in a contract race), it wouldn't have been possible without the hard work Kylie put in to ensure we got it over the line. Kylie remained professional throughout some challenging moments with her counterparts. As well as, when there was a lot of pressure placed on her from us. Over the moon with the result Kylie has managed to get us. Thank you.
