Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

I had to do all the hard work and asking why have you not been able to do this. When replied only partial info was supplied. Instead of being informed of three docs/pdf sent . Only one was sent. As if he had no idea how to email. Each different piece of info I requested was sent irregular and first to 3rd after myself having to ask to send correct info. The legal team at my estate agents were disgusted. As they had asked him for important info three times without reply. Just as my experience. Nothing in the way of support or offering info on ongoing situations. I am disgusted. I had to ask for every important page to be emailed. The staff member was a major major let down on his companies reputation. This man has not one idea how to conduct business or even apply the business he's supposed to be qualified to do. There is no exaggeration. It was absolutely terrible x 1000

Initially I was extremely sceptical and nervous about only dealing "online" for my house purchase I have to say that it was smooth sailing. Yes, there were a couple of teething problems, but when isn't there and the issues were highlighted and dealt with professionally and without alarm. Although I won't fully name my conveyancer, I have to say that AP was extremely patient and thorough and I have no qualms about recommending both AP and JS Law
