Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

Highly recommend Ritika Chandock. Very pro-active and responsive to any communication from me. Once Ritika got onto my case, I felt things really began to "move". I would have no hesitation in recommending JS LAW. As a firm they work with their clients and do not sit on documents for days/weeks, thereby dragging out the process. Unfortunately, not a great experience with this company/individual for us. Selling my late mothers house, myself and 2 siblings. The website is not setup for multiple sellers, even though we each had our own login, we would get a message to complete an action, which would close out, if any of the 3 of us opened the message? Hidden Charges. not great! late notice of additional charges, on the day of exchange, not great! incorrect financial statements and incorrect balance paid after sale! Not great! Continually chasing to get things resolved. This is still not resolved on the day of writing! We felt, we could have done a better job ourselves.

Absolutely fantastic service from Joe Worland at JS Law, just under 5 weeks from instruction to exchange of contracts - and it would have been quicker if the purchaser's solicitor had been more pro-active! Communication was excellent the whole way through the transaction - the E Way system made life so much easier as well. As a vendor selling whilst abroad I couldn't have asked for anything better! Highly recommended!

We used JS law for both our sale and purchase. Chloe cotton was beyond helpful. We were reluctant at first due to the fact that we were using JS law through purple bricks, from whom we had received very mixed service but we need not have worried. Chloe cotton picked up our case and called us immediately to go through our expectations and what she thought would be the next steps. Our purchase became incredibly difficult but Chloe made us feel that she genuinely cared about our interests. She was always on hand to answer any questions and I feel, went above and beyond what was expected of her. We had reservations about the company being a distance from us and all communication being phone calls and emails but we really should not have worried. I would not hesitate to recommend JS law and particularly, Chloe to friends and family.

Everything was clearly explained and all email questions were promptly answered. Alistair Powell showed 100% competence in his area of expertise. Although he was in a different area (Leicester) to the house (Maidenhead) this was not a hinderance. I had initial reservations with a Solicitor that was not local. But Alistair dispelled any concerns I had. 100% satisfaction. I would recommend JSLaw to anyone considering buying/selling a house in future.
