Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

Emily had helped me throughout the process in buying my first house. She made it simple, easy to understand and even while being busy myself, kept me informed as best as she could to make it as smooth as possible. We had a few delays, and had some time where I hadn't heard back, but that was down to external factors that couldn't be helped. Contracts exchanged, few more days to go until completion date, has been a pleasant experience as a first time buyer on my own. Would highly recommend.
