A disappointing experience, but one that has a happy ending

We instructed JS Law in an email to let the seller know that we didn't want the two white goods appliances (washing machine and dryer) at the property. JS Law failed to let them know and have subsequently done nothing about our follow-up emails. We found them to be uncommunicative and inefficient, and will certainly never use them again or recommend them to anyone else. UPDATE (12 JUNE): JS Law has subsequently contacted us and resolved this matter to our satisfaction. They have reimbursed us for the money we had to spend removing the white goods from the new property. I am satisfied with their follow-up process.
