This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

The way Ryan and Shaun at Woodbridge deal with your new purchase is 5 star. Have no hesitation in recommending them. I'm glad I came back after being lured away by Rates in Essex.

Super Duper!

Had a old fiat Punto 2004.Failed Mot and needed a lot of work. So decided time for a upgrade.browsed the internet site for Ipswich. Saw a nice Citroen C3 Puretech 2021 Black and white. Reserved online for £99 and booked a test drive. On the day was dealt with by a lovely person called Patrick Chapman (sales executive). Citroen department Ipswich. Obviously a bit daunting changing a motor after all these years. Was put totally put at ease. Had a test drive (solo). That was me sold. So I purchased it with a 2 year extended warranty and a supagard protection for the car. The day I picked it up Patrick explained everything and we went through all the controls etc. couldn't be happier and dealt with by a outstanding chap. Thanks again Patrick you the man!!.👍

Absolutely brilliant service from these…

Absolutely brilliant service from these guys we are currently away on holiday had are car serviced be for we came away well I say serviced but it actually wasn’t the company back home hadn’t done there job properly any we took our car down early Monday evening as it was unsafe for us to drive home they gave the car a full service and changed the dangerous front and rear breaks collected the car today and they had also cleaned and washed it absolutely fantastic service would highly recommend

Took my car into John Grose Ipswich…

Took my car into John Grose Ipswich this morning for its MoT made very welcome by the staff who were very efficient and ensured we were happy to wait whilst the car was inspected, the waiting area was comfortable, clean and had everything at our disposal that we could possibly require. We were kept informed on the cars progress whilst we waited. Many thanks to all the staff who we spoke to whilst we were there.
