Bij het kiezen van meerdere bundels wordt een prijs berekend. Als je vervolgens kiest om te gaan betalen is die prijs ruim 10% hoger. Contact opgenomen met support. Ik had geluk: "Kael, your dedicated Jetpac Happiness Expert" ging mij helpen. Hij vertelde letterlijk dat de eerste prijs die je ziet "niets zegt"..... De prijs die je pas bij het echte afrekenen ziet is de juiste prijs. Is dit misleiding of fraude?.... Pas dus op! Dankzij deze negatieve ervaring kwam ik er achter dat Getnomad.app veel scherpere prijzen biedt. Met code REISSIM kreeg ik ook nog eens 15% korting.
In ieder geval zeker NIET BIJ JETPACGLOBAL BESTELLEN!!!
Wonderful tech help to install packs
I had purchased 3 jet packs for my family travels in Europe while I was in Europe. I probably should have bought the jet packs before I left the states but I had TMobile and figured I would be fine with our plan. We were using more data than expected so I made the purchase. After making the purchase I was having problems installing the packs on my family devices. I used the whats app chat and spent over an hour sorting things out with Randy. I was worried I was going to get some low brow call center with people following a standard checklist who did not know how to solve the problem. This was not the case, Randy made sure all the packs got activated. I thought one of the packs was functional, but he said it wasn’t and made sure I got it activated. The family now has 30gb of 5g data hopefully they can make it last.
Amazing customer service
I bought an eSIM for my upcoming trip to China, all set to go. But guess what? When I got there, I couldn’t activate it. I tried reaching out to Jetpac’s Helpdesk via WhatsApp, hoping they could help me out.
At first, I received an automated response with a bunch of steps to follow. I gave it a shot, but the problem still wasn’t solved. So, I went back to Jetpac to let them know. And guess what? Pau, a friendly help desk staff member, jumped in and guided me through a few ways to fix it.
Even though those didn’t work either, Pau didn’t give up! He referred me to Randy and Almin, two other amazing staff members, until the issue was finally resolved.
I’m absolutely blown away by the quality of customer service and communication I received from Jetpac. They were super helpful and patient, and I really appreciate their assistance. Thanks a bunch, Jetpac!
