Still No Access to My Account Since June 28

[22:22, 13.07.2025] Duygu Erdoğdu: My Instagram account has been inaccessible since June 28. I submitted my ID and selfie video on July 5, and the system said I would receive a reply within 3–4 business days, but no response ever came. I have two-factor authentication enabled, but I’ve lost my backup codes. I submitted every form multiple times, used different devices, and followed all instructions — still nothing. Instagram is calling everyone a Pedo! then BAN THEM

My Instagram account (@chamseldinart) was permanently banned with a serious false accusation. No appeal, no human review, no evidence. I'm a public figure and this has destroyed my brand and reputation. I contacted support many times and got only bots. I submitted GDPR complaints.

Promotes hate speech

Promotes hate speech but bans you for commenting on an advert if the advertiser reports it. There are literally thousands of posts spewing anti-semetic, racist and homophobia hatred. People literally threatening to kill them, the videos are reported but "don't go against community guidelines". Instagram, just like meta - is the single biggest cesspit on the Internet, it hosts unfiltered extremist views.

Worst service every

Worst service every! Tons of comments written the same as mine, and they for some reason choosed mine 10 seconds after I wrote it + additionally added restrictions on my account for 1 month… I just want to say 1 thing to FB and Instagram and his stupid owner = F U!!!!

Terrible support considering the size…

Terrible support considering the size of the company. The platform Facebook also did not work properly. You click on a link to get help with your account and it does not work, it sends you back to the main page. You enter the verification code and when it finally works, the option to contact someone is non-existent. My account was hacked last week and I have been trying so hard to get it back. Meta support is non-existent as they told me they could not verify my details and that I had to go back to the stupid FAQ page. It is ridiculous how no one can help when your account has been hacked and your email and password have been changed by the hacker. I had all the information and proof and never heard back from the support team. I am the owner of the original email used to create the account and they say that is not enough... All my friends have reported the profile and still it is not enough for them... I just cannot do this anymore. It is like talking to a brick wall. Now the Hacker has removed all my Infos from the profile.

Instagram ist kurz vor der Pleite! Aaaahahahaha..., ich habe vorhin ein Konto angelegt und kam nicht mal über die AGBs hinaus, da war mein Konto schon gesperrt! Angeblich würde ich gegen die AGBs verstoßen und Datenraub betreiben! Hab eine Nagelneu eMail Adresse zu meiner Nagelneuen WebAdresse. Wie soll ich bitte in Millisekunden Datenraub betreiben??? Das ist wohl eher umgekehrt der Fall und anscheinend arbeitet der Instagram Algorithmus nun gegen Instagram selbst. Ich lach mich schlapp. Aaaahahahaha..., was für ein (dem Untergang geweihten) Laden!

Instagram eventuell an Illegalen Seiten ein Mit verdiener

Wiederholt hat mich Instagram in der Kommentarfunktion eingeschränkt da ich sie wohl zu oft auf diesen Zahlreichen Illegalen seiten Markiert habe mit der dringenden bitte diese zu löschen. Aber jetzt kommts, die seiten oder Werbung wurde nicht gelöscht aber ich eingeschränkt 😂. Da stellt sich mir doch die Frage ob Instagram selbst an den ganzen Offensichtlichen Betrugsseiten mit (Falschgeld, Klonkarten usw.) nicht ordentlich mit verdient da sie ja nicht das Interesse haben ihren Dienst von so nem Müll sauber zu halten.

Lack of technical support

I locked myself out of my account and there is no support at all in trying to reclaim it. I repeatedly followed the instructions from the help section with no luck. I completed the selfie video verification process twice and assistance from their support team. I briefly did a beta testing with Meta as a content creator (they reached out to me) and still I have not had any assistance with regaining access to my account which has been over a month and I lost 1,000 followers too!

Instagram bombardes me with fake…

Instagram bombardes me with fake accounts from half naked women/scammers all the time and yesterday showed me an account of a woman whose whole instagram is her urinating in public, on herself and one where she urinated on her feet splashing her feet up and down in the puddle and when I comment that she was a dirty pig, I get flagged and banned from commenting in public.
