Still No Access to My Account Since June 28

[22:22, 13.07.2025] Duygu Erdoğdu: My Instagram account has been inaccessible since June 28. I submitted my ID and selfie video on July 5, and the system said I would receive a reply within 3–4 business days, but no response ever came. I have two-factor authentication enabled, but I’ve lost my backup codes. I submitted every form multiple times, used different devices, and followed all instructions — still nothing. Instagram is calling everyone a Pedo! then BAN THEM

My Instagram account (@chamseldinart) was permanently banned with a serious false accusation. No appeal, no human review, no evidence. I'm a public figure and this has destroyed my brand and reputation. I contacted support many times and got only bots. I submitted GDPR complaints.

I got banned without a reason from…

I got banned without a reason from Meta's AI. They have no human support to which I could talk about this issue. This is ridiculous and embarrassing for such a big company. Years of memories are lost.

Instagram does not respond to ban wave in early June

Unfortunately, I can't recommend using Instagram to anyone. I've lost four accounts within a year that were deleted from Instagram for bogus reasons. My last account was deleted at the beginning of June. There was another major ban wave, and many accounts were deleted.There's no real contact person on Instagram. You only get answers from chatbots. I've had accounts with over 60k followers that are lost forever. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Falsely disabled

I’m from Hong Kong and I got permanently disabled on June 5, at first I got suspended but after appealed I the permanently disabled email within 5 minutes. I was pretty shock because I didn’t do anything. Please recover my account back

My Instagram account was disabled while it was deactivated. I never received a warning or explanation. I wasn’t able to access my data or get help through their support system. Very disappointing experience and no clear way to resolve it.

If I could give it 0 I would

If I could give it 0 I would. Due to their AI going crazy my account was banned for a serious accusation of Child Sexual Exploitation. There’s no way to contact support without buying meta verified but if they ban one account they’ll ban your device and you can’t log in at all despite having the right password. They need to address this issue fast as it’s messing with peoples livelihood and my ability to communicate with people for an upcoming event.

Instagram AI wrongfully disabled all of…

Instagram AI wrongfully disabled all of my accounts on June 4th. My instagram accounts were for my business, car, and landscape photography. I absolutely never violated any TOS. The appeals process is a joke and their AI rejected my appeal in minutes without any human review. One account was connected to my Facebook, so my Facebook account that I've had for 20 years is also disabled. I have photos of friends and family on there that have passed away. Instagrams AI moderation has incorrectly disabled me and there is absolutely no way to contact a human for review. This has cause irreparable damage to my business and mental health. I hope everyone signs the petition and joins the class action lawsuit.

Instagram will accuse you of CSE and…

Instagram will accuse you of CSE and suspend your account with no proof and then not process your appeal im a timely fashion, if at all. My wife's account had this happen 8 days ago at the time of this comment and we cant get a singular response. This is beyond frustrating and given the criminal nature of the allegations, Instagram (Meta, Inc) may want to take further care to ensure this stops happening before it ends up in a class action lawsuit.
