The company were a good price and very helpful at the order stage. Luckily the paperwork was completed quickly, and Sam and Josh installed my battery earlier this week. They were very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my property. Very happy, as adding the battery to my solar system I am currently operating at 85% self sufficiency. 🥰
We were pleased with every aspect of dealing with Infinity Energy from start to finish. Communications were good, everything happened when they said it would and everyone on the team was helpful. We are delighted with system and wish we'd done it years ago. I would definetley recommend Infinity.
Phil and Shep were very professional and tidy. They came to sight early in the morning and were friendly and introduced themselves. They installed 14 solar panels in a day. It was on one of the hottest days but they worked at it until they got the job done. We are really pleased with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy services. They Installed air conditioning unit, they also installed air source heat pump at same time. Air conditioning unit not fitted correctly unknown by us and has now got to be replaced at my expense even after an independent engineer has came and looked at the unit and said he has never in his years seen one fitted so badly that the entire coolant has leaked out and has now broken the unit due to lazy installation the company will not admit they are at fault. If your thinking of air source heat pumps we also had water pouring into our utility room when they fitted this as they didn’t turn the water off. Also they didn’t tighten a radiator up and it leaked all over my daughter’s brand new bedroom floor buckling it all while she was 9 months pregnant. I would not feel confident having them install anything again and will do my best to stop it happening to someone else.

I had been considering installing solar panels and battery for many months and invited a number of installers to survey and price a suitable setup. From the outset I was impressed with infinity’s approach and knowledge and they were clear on what would (and would not) work for my needs. I discussed various designs with them including the pros and cons of various systems. I was kept in the picture at all times about lead in times and when scaffolding would arrive and how long everything would take. The various teams (scaffolders, roofers and electricians) arrived when scheduled, were professional, courteous and tidy throughout the installation and I would have no hesitation in recommending infinity to anyone.

Great company… From start to finish nothing but professional. Really informative process with plenty of information sent over. I’ve had a 5kw Solar installation and couldn’t be happier! Infinity were very knowledgable about the whole process (include DNO application requirement, due to passing the pre-authorised 3.6kw install limit). The whole project was done as a turn key install and took less than a week in terms of delivery. Scaffold up on Saturday, Solar installed Tuesday, scaffold removed Thursday… all done professionally and efficiently. I already had a Zappi and Eddie installed prior to the solar, and the team help with advice on the day of install to help set up flows and communication. I now have a super efficient house that heats the water, runs the electrics and trickle charges the car… all from the PV on the roof! We did have issues around the scaffolding set up but infinity were quick to resolve this and didn’t effect the install date. genuine company, with knowledgeable staff and great quality workmanship, I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone! Took a while due to a hiccup in the order process, but once this was resolved, the installation and commissioning was seamless, and all the Infinity team we dealt with were courteous and professional. System is working great and hitting performance prediction targets. On top of this, Infinity were one of the most competitive quotes I recieved. Would highly recommend.

Infinity Energy were a great company to deal with. They provided regular updates, and discussed delivery of the units prior to installation. Their installers were efficient and expert and installed the units inside of one day. They left the office clean and tidy and took away all the boxes. The system is working very well and the company's specification of what we needed for heating/cooling seems to have been accurate. The price was competitive and they managed to install inside of 3 weeks, which was also really valuable to us.

Brilliant Organization with great skilled team. I got my system up and running in month of July’23 with smooth installation and activation process done by Infinity team. I would highly recommend Infinity energy services for solar and battery installation as they have the right skills and experience from designing to installation the full solar PV system, their sales and operational process is excellent. It is my experience that installing solar panels should always be done by reputed and experience installer with good rating and reviews from people, as personally I had very bad experience from previous installer who went bust. The best part of Infinity energy service is everything is planned in advance (from survey to installation) and they hit that date. I went with Solar edge inverter (6kW) and Tesla Powerwall and the process for getting this approved from DNO was managed by them and being an approved and certified installers from my DNO (which is SSE) it was straight forward . They have addressed all my concerns very efficiently and on timely manner. Once again thank you very much Infinity Energy services team.

Totally efficient and pleasant service from all involved at Infinity Energy Service fom the first phone call of enquiry to completion of the installation. The Electical Installers Sam & Joe were very proffessional and carried out their work to what I consider a very high standard. Fully cleaned up after drilling holes and running cables. The Roof Panel Installers have also done a great looking job. Finally the contracted Scaffolders were very efficient on their installation. I'm very pleased with the services provided by Infinity Energy and I can higly recommend them to anyone looking to get solar panels installed. They provided in depth data on how the panels generate in accordance with their survey, to a payback schedule and any questions I had were answered quick, professionally and with understanding. The installers were friendly and I appreciate their honesty about the unsafe scaffolding which even got resolved the same day and they kept us up to date on everything that was going on.

I can't praise everyone we dealt with at Infinity Energy enough, from Suzy who dealt with our initial enquiry, through to Scott and his colleague who came and surveyed for the installation of the A/C and then installed it. The customer care was excellent, we received the proposal and quote promptly which we were very pleased to go ahead with. Scott then came back to install the new system plus service a couple of existing units, carrying out the work without any fuss, everywhere they worked they ensured was left clean & tidy. I would recommend Infinity Energy without hesitation.
