The company were a good price and very helpful at the order stage. Luckily the paperwork was completed quickly, and Sam and Josh installed my battery earlier this week. They were very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my property. Very happy, as adding the battery to my solar system I am currently operating at 85% self sufficiency. 🥰
We were pleased with every aspect of dealing with Infinity Energy from start to finish. Communications were good, everything happened when they said it would and everyone on the team was helpful. We are delighted with system and wish we'd done it years ago. I would definetley recommend Infinity.
Phil and Shep were very professional and tidy. They came to sight early in the morning and were friendly and introduced themselves. They installed 14 solar panels in a day. It was on one of the hottest days but they worked at it until they got the job done. We are really pleased with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy services. They Installed air conditioning unit, they also installed air source heat pump at same time. Air conditioning unit not fitted correctly unknown by us and has now got to be replaced at my expense even after an independent engineer has came and looked at the unit and said he has never in his years seen one fitted so badly that the entire coolant has leaked out and has now broken the unit due to lazy installation the company will not admit they are at fault. If your thinking of air source heat pumps we also had water pouring into our utility room when they fitted this as they didn’t turn the water off. Also they didn’t tighten a radiator up and it leaked all over my daughter’s brand new bedroom floor buckling it all while she was 9 months pregnant. I would not feel confident having them install anything again and will do my best to stop it happening to someone else.

We had them fit a zappi charger at our old house so we knew they were good,so when we moved house we got them to fit 18 panels and a Tesla battery.we had no problems and they kept us informed at all times.i would thourally recommend them.All the workers were friendly and polite, and tidied up behind them.

Infinity Energy Services planned, fitted and commissioned solar panels for the roof of our four-storey house. Everything about this company is good, with friendly and responsive office staff, efficient communication and competent and reliable roofers and electricians. The scaffolding was sub-contracted to another high-quality firm, which carried out the work efficiently and on time. Inevitable minor glitches were dealt with quickly and without fuss. It has been a pleasure to encounter such good service in these difficult times. Would recommend Infinity to anyone considering solar panels.

The battery fitted works. We did not like the fact that despite a survey the battery had to be fitted in a different place to the planned spot. Also due to staff illness a previous visit was cancelled with half an hour notice

We have recently had a 8.7Kwh solar system installed by Infinity. From the outset, when we first started researching solar, Infinity were head and shoulders above the other companies we discussed the project with (and we talked to another 5 companies) Infinity were significantly more knowledgeable, professional and explained even the smallest details in layman's terms so we had a full understanding. The installation took place on the exact date agreed and the team of roofers and electricians were without doubt the nicest, most professional tradesman we have ever had on site. Customer aftercare from infinity has been spot on; responsive and efficient when dealing with a few end of project questions. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Infinity for a solar installation.
