The company were a good price and very helpful at the order stage. Luckily the paperwork was completed quickly, and Sam and Josh installed my battery earlier this week. They were very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my property. Very happy, as adding the battery to my solar system I am currently operating at 85% self sufficiency. 🥰
We were pleased with every aspect of dealing with Infinity Energy from start to finish. Communications were good, everything happened when they said it would and everyone on the team was helpful. We are delighted with system and wish we'd done it years ago. I would definetley recommend Infinity.
Phil and Shep were very professional and tidy. They came to sight early in the morning and were friendly and introduced themselves. They installed 14 solar panels in a day. It was on one of the hottest days but they worked at it until they got the job done. We are really pleased with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy services. They Installed air conditioning unit, they also installed air source heat pump at same time. Air conditioning unit not fitted correctly unknown by us and has now got to be replaced at my expense even after an independent engineer has came and looked at the unit and said he has never in his years seen one fitted so badly that the entire coolant has leaked out and has now broken the unit due to lazy installation the company will not admit they are at fault. If your thinking of air source heat pumps we also had water pouring into our utility room when they fitted this as they didn’t turn the water off. Also they didn’t tighten a radiator up and it leaked all over my daughter’s brand new bedroom floor buckling it all while she was 9 months pregnant. I would not feel confident having them install anything again and will do my best to stop it happening to someone else.

Infinity installed a solar pv array and power wall battery for us. Their service was exemplary from start to finish. The quote was timely and competitive and they gave us sound advice on the best options for our installation. The installation was completed in a professional manner and the roofers and electricians were a pleasure to have on site. Everyone at Infinity went out of their way to provide a friendly and professional service. We would definitely recommend them.

From the day I contacted Infinity to getting quote, survey and installation been excellent. Also time scale 3 month's that is also waiting for the DNO. Which is most of that 3 month's. If that was not required they probably have done it a lot sooner .

We commissioned Infinity Energy Services to install solar panels a new car charger and a Tesla Powerwall battery system in our home. IFS were absolutely incredible in every aspect of the installation. They are very easy to get hold of via email and also on the phone. All installation dates were kept and the installers did an excellent job creating no mess and leaving our home spotless. The customer service is amazing at all levels, from initial contact through surveys, quotes and installation. I have no hesitation in recommending IFS to anyone looking to install renewables in their home or business.

We chose Infinity Solar as we are new to all this technology and we're looking for a company that we can trust. They are local and from the first informative and polite. They have guided is through the whole install and it's been great! Excellent service from Infinity from initial contact through to installation, installers on the day were very professional and tidy, finishing the job to a high standard and explaining how it all works. Unlike many firms they don't subcontract out the work. Scaffolding was up for less a week.

Communication has been excellent! They have kept us informed, and everything has taken place as advised. We previously started with another company with a similar name (council scheme recommendation), but lost faith in their knowledge, honesty and integrity, then we found it wasn’t too late to cancel with them and go with Infinity Energy Services instead, who we thoroughly and confidently recommend. They also advised us what to write to get our £100 deposit back! If you’re having doubts about a solar company, this review might encourage you to do the same as we did and invest your money with solar equipment calculated, surveyed, supplied and installed by Infinity Energy Services.

Came recommended to us and was very happy with the service. When quoting and designing the staff were knowledgeable and able to advise on the most suitable batteries and solar panels and the fitters were professional and cleaned up when they were done. Everything seems to be working perfectly.

We are very pleased with the installation of our solar panels and battery. The engineers were fantastic, the panels and battery are great and the process to get everything working very straightforward. The battery took several months to be installed due to a delay in availability. We were advised of this and given other options which would have been available sooner.
