The company were a good price and very helpful at the order stage. Luckily the paperwork was completed quickly, and Sam and Josh installed my battery earlier this week. They were very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my property. Very happy, as adding the battery to my solar system I am currently operating at 85% self sufficiency. 🥰
We were pleased with every aspect of dealing with Infinity Energy from start to finish. Communications were good, everything happened when they said it would and everyone on the team was helpful. We are delighted with system and wish we'd done it years ago. I would definetley recommend Infinity.
Phil and Shep were very professional and tidy. They came to sight early in the morning and were friendly and introduced themselves. They installed 14 solar panels in a day. It was on one of the hottest days but they worked at it until they got the job done. We are really pleased with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy services. They Installed air conditioning unit, they also installed air source heat pump at same time. Air conditioning unit not fitted correctly unknown by us and has now got to be replaced at my expense even after an independent engineer has came and looked at the unit and said he has never in his years seen one fitted so badly that the entire coolant has leaked out and has now broken the unit due to lazy installation the company will not admit they are at fault. If your thinking of air source heat pumps we also had water pouring into our utility room when they fitted this as they didn’t turn the water off. Also they didn’t tighten a radiator up and it leaked all over my daughter’s brand new bedroom floor buckling it all while she was 9 months pregnant. I would not feel confident having them install anything again and will do my best to stop it happening to someone else.

All the service workers, Roofers ground workers Electricians working for Infinity were excellent! Special mention to Phil and Shep who were amazing in their standards. So much so, they dug a trench around the property and you could not tell it had been disturbed when they finished! If I had one minor complaint it would be the communications coming out of the office or should i say NOT coming out of the office. An email or phone call to confirm start dates etc would have been really helpful! Apart from that, a WELL recommended company!

Infinity Energy supplied and installed our ASHP in early 2022 and we have been very very pleased with its performance ever since. This year they also installed a custom stable foundation for our ASHP - all done to the same highest standards we expect. Would always recommend using them

This is the second installation of a Tesla Powerwall 2 and solar array on two family properties by Infinity Energy. The technology is excellent and the team at Infinity have both a knowledgeable and a practical approach to discussing and implementing very satisfactory bespoke solutions.

From start to finish the Infinity team have been a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the process they did everything they could to ensure the Solar system met my needs, they were flexible with the design and worked hard to accommodate the unusual requirements of the site. I had a booked technical survey for Infinity to quote for an ASHP in exchange for a gas boiler. My house is only 4 years old, built to the highest environmental standards. I thought it was future proofed to convert to ASHP, but the technical engineer Dave Hutchins said the 500 litre water tank would need replacing as it was not suited to ASHP heating. The original heating company who did all the plumbing has quoted me but never mentioned the disparity of the tank which would have added £2500! For this reason it was agreed not to go ahead with the survey at no charge to me until such time the economics change. I can only highly recommend Infifnity for their openness and honesty and will certainly use them at any time in the future.

I turned to Infinity for my ASHP service and took advice from their engineer about an Air Conditioning unit. The work was carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The engineers that attended were really friendly and knowledgeable. It was first class service and I would not hesitate to use Infinity Energy Services again.
