Communication has been excellent! They have kept us informed, and everything has taken place as advised. We previously started with another company with a similar name (council scheme recommendation), but lost faith in their knowledge, honesty and integrity, then we found it wasn’t too late to cancel with them and go with Infinity Energy Services instead, who we thoroughly and confidently recommend. They also advised us what to write to get our £100 deposit back!
