The company were a good price and very helpful at the order stage. Luckily the paperwork was completed quickly, and Sam and Josh installed my battery earlier this week. They were very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my property. Very happy, as adding the battery to my solar system I am currently operating at 85% self sufficiency. 🥰
We were pleased with every aspect of dealing with Infinity Energy from start to finish. Communications were good, everything happened when they said it would and everyone on the team was helpful. We are delighted with system and wish we'd done it years ago. I would definetley recommend Infinity.
Phil and Shep were very professional and tidy. They came to sight early in the morning and were friendly and introduced themselves. They installed 14 solar panels in a day. It was on one of the hottest days but they worked at it until they got the job done. We are really pleased with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy services. They Installed air conditioning unit, they also installed air source heat pump at same time. Air conditioning unit not fitted correctly unknown by us and has now got to be replaced at my expense even after an independent engineer has came and looked at the unit and said he has never in his years seen one fitted so badly that the entire coolant has leaked out and has now broken the unit due to lazy installation the company will not admit they are at fault. If your thinking of air source heat pumps we also had water pouring into our utility room when they fitted this as they didn’t turn the water off. Also they didn’t tighten a radiator up and it leaked all over my daughter’s brand new bedroom floor buckling it all while she was 9 months pregnant. I would not feel confident having them install anything again and will do my best to stop it happening to someone else.

I simply cannot praise Infinity Energy Services enough. I contacted them last year about the installation of Solar Panels and battery storage. Their designer was a pleasure to work with, fielding a number of questions from me and providing innovative solutions for the installation. We eventually agreed on the total package and then came an effective and efficient survey to check the structure of the building and discuss some of the elements of the installation. This gave rise to some minor tweaks to the design and I agreed to go ahead. The installation manager took over and along with the coordinator ensured an effective plan. They were always open and honest about dates, but once the plan was agreed, everything ran like clockwork. The installers were in and out in 2 days and were a pleasure to have in and around the house. I am very pleased with both the quality of the products and the installation. At all times, communication has been first rate, they have delivered when they said they would and in line with the costing for the final design with no surprises. Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and they have always made me feel that they have my best interests at heart. The designer, the project manager, the coordinator, the roofers, the electricians and even the finance team - every single one of them has been polite and caring to ensure an excellent result. They get 10 stars out of 5 from me for a fabulous job - what a great company to deal with !

Infinity Energy has consistently shown a high level of professionalism and knowledge ever since my first call a few months ago. Their proposal was detailed and tailored exactly to my home and their guarantee and warranty are far above the competitor offerings. The planning was perfect, dates were provided well in advance and their team fought against some pretty ghoulish English weather to deliver the installation as planned. The only issue was our roof tiles are as rare as a cheddar moon, but the delay was minimal and finished when exactly planned. The team, all great. Communication was perfect and they all seem to put in the extra effort and time to keep things flowing well. The installers were careful around the home, respectful, polite and even offered to take off shoes. They also appreciated good biscuits and hot drinks which we were more than happy to provide :) I am very glad we used them, since commissioning the system we have seen a large reduction in electric bills and will be looking forward to some SEG payments also from over production sent back to the grid. We will return to infinity energy in the future to add a battery to the system to help cover night-time electricity, hopefully reducing our bills further. Thank you to the team and for being such a supportive company through the whole process.

Friendly and helpful from start to finish. Infinitey Energy made the process very simple to understand what was correct fro my needs and home. Kept fully updated throughout the whole process. Installation carried out to a very high standard and already saving money on electricity bill. I would highly recomend Infinity Energy if you are considering having solar panels or battery storage system installed. 5* service!!!

Very shocked that despite giving 100% honest facts about needs of 10 to 16 solar panels to supply in January. There was a problem The management were too quick to throw a spanner in the works Hence NO QUOTE AFTER MONTHS I can only guess Infinity gained too many alternative quotes and prefer easy options So what was on the table January was suddenly not simplex after Government budget in March 22/3/23 received email they are not "A CAN DO BUSINESS BUT THE OPPOSITE" BEWARE !!

Infinity gave a highly professional service - they have lots of experience, and their design of solar panel siting and calculations of projected generation and power savings was the most detailed and believable of all the estimates I got. You felt you could rely on the products they chose. Their quotation wasn't the very cheapest, but it was competitive and probably best value-for-money. The installation went smoothly over a couple of days, and the scaffolding was removed within a week. Highly recommended.

Had air con installed. Efficient service from first enquiry to instal. Price was competitive. Gave good advice about location of units and what was and wasn’t possible. Installers turned up on time and got job done. Left everything clean and tidy including taking away all rubbish. Last year we had an issue with our solar which Infinity sorted under warranty including paying for scaffolding- well impressed. Very professional outfit.
