Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Broke my wing mirror
Broke my wing mirror. And guy done nothing about it. Charged me £15 for an ultra HD wash and car is still dirty. Now cost me more for wing mirror to get fixed. Will be giving him invoice

SURLY, BAD MANNERED STAFF
I have been using this car wash monthly for the last eleven months. In the past the results have been good but lately the customer service has deteriorated. The two main staff are surly and bad mannered, acting as they don't really want to be there. After my last visit I had to finish off the wash myself at home.

Kidlington,Oxfordshire.I would give zero stars if I could! I have never had such appalling customer service anywhere! These guys are so unbelievably rude. The customers are obviously an inconvenience to them! They’ve lost 5 cars from our family as we will never go anywhere near this place again.

Had a fantastic experience today…
Had a fantastic experience today getting my car all done. Wasn't booked just handed it in this morning and was done by lunch time. Hasn’t had a full Valet since purchased, it was badly needed. It’s absolutely gleaming, cleaner than when I bought it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Rip offs
At cardiff bay asda imo car wash, first of all they insisted on cash, secondly they did poorest job and when i pointed out the problems, they showed attitude, never ever going back to any imo car wash again, pathetic service.
