The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable, but recently it has gone down hill, the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

The person I spoke to was very helpful and was able to respond positively to all my questions. I was then directed to the right team to assist with helping to my online order difficulty.
Have been with I'd for years great service great app,
My contract ended in June 2025, and rather than opting to upgrade my S23 Ultra to a new phone I chose to move to a rolling 30 day contract charged at £10 per month, as my phone still works just fine and upgrading seemed pointless and wasteful. However, today iD sent me an email advising that rather than charging me £10 they will charge me £47.97, as if I were still in my original contract. You can't call iD as that would be far too easy, no, you have to speak to their useless online "Chatbot" and try to convince it you need to speak with a human. When I finally got to chat with a human (Milani), they were useless, unable to explain why they are sending me emails telling me I will be overcharged, and unable to confirm if I will be charged the correct amount or not. I just have to wait and see I guess. It sounds like they are going to try and charge me the much higher contract value even though I'm out of contract and on a new plan. What a scummy company, useless too. I will be looking for a new provider. Hopefully you never need to speak with them, as their customer service staff have no idea what's going on. Milani's last response to me was essentially, wait and see if we overcharge you then try and speak to us again. This is a quote from Milani's last response to me about the issue. "If you believe you will be overcharged or want more details, please feel free to contact us when your bill generates by 06/08/2025." In other words, wait a month and see if we try and rip you off.
Easy to set up and great value for money I have been impressed.,
Massive internet pack, outstanding roaming option. Everything in good prize. Probably I will transfer another number here :)
I love ID mobile my problem is we have little to no signal in our village. The mast is at the top of the hill and I live at the bottom. Network is beyond feeble. If I am expecting a phone call I have to get in car and drive a mile to get a strong enough signal for that call to get to me. For instance I was waiting for a pre hospital operation call last week. Hospital tried ringing me 5 times before I realised and drove up the hill to sort the call out. In this day and age technology shouldn't be leaving areas in shadow. Please can you try to sort our problem out. It doesn't only affect your network it's all of them
Network coverage is poor in some areas.
