The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland

Major Drop Off Recently

Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.

I.D Mobile Upfront Costs

When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

The process of purchasing my new phone and the ease of transfer all the data from my old phone was straight forward without any problems. The staff were friendly and very helpful

Internet data slowdown

Was very good up to now, but lately internet data service has slowed down appreciably at home in Upminster and apparently no longer any 5G coverage here. Maybe something to do with Three mobile meltdown?

New phone new provider

I switched my number as i got phone as well. The transfer was quite quick and smooth no problems. And i find your app easy to use. Connection is not better than my previous one but not worse.

The cost of the package was less than offered by the mobile stores, even with special offers. It was easy to change providers and easy to keep my existing mobile number

If you’re in wales then don’t bother…

If you’re in wales then don’t bother with this network. 3 doesn’t work well in the parts of wales I go. Will not be using 3,id again when this contract is over
