This is a fantastic company when looking for rented accommodation. The whole team is super helpful. Mia especially was so helpful, calling me whenever a house became available, and emailing properties. Would definitely use this company again, should I need to.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Left 3 messages ,been trying to speak to the Gorleston office for 3 hours!. I would not trust them to sell for me or manage a rental.

Five star service from Lowestoft team

Just wanted to say that anybody looking to shift a house in the Lowestoft area need look no further than the team at Howards. The advice, attention to detail and market knowledge provided was exemplary. We used two other Lowestoft estate agents (who were shockingly awful) before turning to Howards, and to say the difference in service level was a million miles apart is an epic understatement. The upshot is that, thanks to Howards, my partner and I have been able to secure the house of our dreams. While the whole team deserves a pat on the back, a special big up should rightiy go to the Manager, Mike Smith, for his efforts in assisting us.

I would definitely recommend Howards…

I would definitely recommend Howards and in particular the Gorleston-on-Sea office. Jacquie Skipper, Head of Property Management, and Lynne Lawne, Property Manager, were more than helpful. We rented a property and they both were efficient, friendly and extremely reliable. The communication was always prompt and on point. There was never a bad surprise and everything was always clear.

Definitely recommend Howards in Great…

Definitely recommend Howards in Great Yarmouth! While a bit more expensive than their competitors, we decided to use them to sell our house as they were way more 'upbeat'. All the staff were easy to talk to and very helpful throughout. Carina gets a special mention for her never-ending enthusiasm, persistence and excellent negotiating skills. A big thank you to all. :-)

Make buying a house hard

Tried to view 3 different properties that we were very interested in. The first we got a call to say there was a problem with the footings but despite the fact that we are in a position to make repairs this was not established by them and no viewing offered. The second time, we asked for an appointment but heard no more. The third time we were told the vendor would show us around, we turned up 5 minutes early but no one showed. Called them to be told they were sending someone to show us around. No one turned up so we rang and cancelled as it was a hot day and standing around outside was too much. Then received a call to ask why we had not turned up. Incredible inefficiency and lack of communication. Hoping the next house we like is up with a different agent.
