Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didnβt receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which Iβve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working peopleβs lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
I Cancelled an order that is yet to be delivered and a whole Β£70 was deducted from the refund, isn't that outrageous? Yes, you can charge for non-faulty return but not so much. I see it as a rip off!
Fabulous sofa bed, great price & looks good too. Delivery was very quick & packedvery well. Looks great in our spare/ snug room. A little time needed to put together, but didnt take long.Delivery driver was very kind & helpful too.
We Ordered 2 chairs on the 20/02/2024 arrived 22/02/2024 around 9am. They came well packaged in a cardboard box . The driver (DX transport)was very helpful and accommodating . They need a bit of self assembling but simple and comes with Allan key to fit the bolts fixing the legs total of 16 bolts per chair. The back and sides just slide on without any bother a 20 minute job . On completion they are were strong and sturdy pieces of furniture, fairly firm to sit on and very comfortable. The reclining action worked well and gave good support all round. They look just as good as in the picture and for the price are very good value. Having just a picture to go on and not been able to physically
try them they did not disappoint. Taking this into consideration and the fast dispatch time, Home Detail will take some beating from other competitors.
