Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
Not a good start, when ordering it said next day available but never gave the option? Got a call will be next week I asked could I pay for express as my mum is at end of life and we really need this chair, said no sorry, I said I’ll have to cancel then where she said there will be a fee to cancel ? Had to ring and cancel today as my mum is now bed bound £90 for this absolute shocking
The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Firstly the delivery company they organised couldn’t get the delivery up the stairs and then they subsequently stated they were charging £80 for a failed delivery when the company doesn’t charge for failed delivery as I have worked with the delivery company before with no problems at all. The reasoning was that they buried in their terms a clause for failed delivery and the box sizes both of which could not be found without a specific link being sent across.
Appalling company and probably not great quality either based on this experience. Stay clear if you can!
Omg what can I say, delivery was amazing 4 day delivery from ordering!! (eat your heart out DFS ) fastest delivery of sofas ever , real life tracking on your delivery too.
I had a 3 seater chesterfield and a 2 seater chesterfield, was dreading putting it together but omg it was so easy to do I was so relieved no tools needed all slots together, they are very sturdy look beautiful and I luv them
