Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I
Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!
First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
Very good service. Let us know when it would be delivered with texts and then a phone call 30 mins before delivery. Sofa is exactly as described which is pretty great value for money. Will definitely use them again when needed! 👌🏻
Great bed with lots of extra fittings but poor on instructions. This could easily be improved.
However the beds great. It arrived very quickly despite us not paying extra for speedy delivery. It was well wrapped. Looks great and my grandsons really pleased with it. Its cheaper than elsewhere too
But if you think you'll get the fiver discount for subscribing think again

Really low quality sofa bet, in dark brown faux leather, avoid! The front edge of the inner foam collapsed after only 1 month of light use, and makes cracking noises when you seat on. After a year, the setee stiches broke apart, although I have always used a blanked to cover the sofa.
Good communication and super fast delivery. Happy with the chair. It's not most comfortable to use as arm chair but ok when unfolded, to lay down. Wasn't expecting anything more for this price. Based on my experience I do recommend this company.
Bed settee. I love the colour, mustard and delivery was quick and easy. The only problem was that the zipper part underneath where the legs etc were stored was ripped. Rather than going to the trouble of returning it I am going to repay it myself
