Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I
Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!
First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.

Delivery was quick. Informed at every stage. Delivered earlier than anticipated. Delivery team were fantastic, friendly and respectful.
Sofa bed is heavy, came in two packages. Definitely requires 2 people to carry. Very easy to assemble. Only required a Philips screw driver and an enthusiastic wife! Took less than 10mins to assemble. Sturdy construction. Sofa and bed comfortable for me, wife says bed is a little firm for her. Looks great in our office and will accommodate one tall larger visitor or a tall thin couple with ease. I look forward to my first night using it as the huffy bed! Thank you!

Sofa chair met expectations. Great value for money and easy to assemble. Also delivered on time as promised. I will definitely purchase from them again.
Got an air fryer in May from this seller through Amazon and it stopped working in August - the seller doesn’t seem to understand that under section 75 of the consumer act they are responsible for ensuring I can return the item AT NO COST TO MYSELF. Yet they expect me to buy bubble wrap and cardboard for a faulty item to be sent back stating that if it’s not packaged is the way they say I’ll incur a fee for the courier rejecting collection. They also said they expect customers to keep the box incase “you change your mind” about the product. I didn’t change my mind. It stopped working. If you expect boxes to be kept months after for such issues then this says a lot about the quality of your products. I employee anyone thinking of buying through this seller to be very cautious. They sell poor quality items with an almost impossible returns policy unless you like paying out of your own pocket.
