Dodgy seller
Got an air fryer in May from this seller through Amazon and it stopped working in August - the seller doesn’t seem to understand that under section 75 of the consumer act they are responsible for ensuring I can return the item AT NO COST TO MYSELF. Yet they expect me to buy bubble wrap and cardboard for a faulty item to be sent back stating that if it’s not packaged is the way they say I’ll incur a fee for the courier rejecting collection. They also said they expect customers to keep the box incase “you change your mind” about the product. I didn’t change my mind. It stopped working. If you expect boxes to be kept months after for such issues then this says a lot about the quality of your products. I employee anyone thinking of buying through this seller to be very cautious. They sell poor quality items with an almost impossible returns policy unless you like paying out of your own pocket.
