Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didnβt receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which Iβve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working peopleβs lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I
Would have avoided this company at all costs. Iβm about to request my refund - watch this space!
First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
After a bad experience with Probreeze I decided to opt for the reasonably priced oil radiator from Home Detail. Delivered within 7 days via Fed Ex, set up and working straight away, however, only 3 castors in the box instead of 4. Let's see if I can get one sent to me.
There was an issue regarding my order. This was resolved promptly and proffesionally. Very impressive compared another company that I had ordered from which gave me a lot of stress.
My delivery driver Silviu was lovely, he was very polite and pleasant to talk too, he was very respectful of my property and helpful. Thank you so much Silviu wonderful customer service. The sofa is a stunning blue colour, quite comfortable and great value for money. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. Thank you guys.
Lovely sofas - really pleased with them. The fabric is really soft to the touch. They are easy to assemble - I did it on my own. They are nice and firm to sit on which is exactly what I was looking for and they look great in my living room.
Couch seems nice, but I don't understand how you're expected to assemble a couch with pictures. This is ridiculous. Pieces are not fitting into one another making this impossible.
Our new sofa bed for our children's playroom is brilliant. It's lovely and firm. Lovely material and overall made well. There is however two screwy hole things for the feet missing that's my only criticism.
