Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
Ordered my dehumidifier after looking at a good range. The price was good, it was delivered 2 days later. Service and quality brilliant. Would highly recommend this company.
I wanted two of this item, but held off and only ordered the one to see how everything went.
Promptly received the goods in four days.
Assembly was very simple, with a little help a 12yr old kid could put it together, so no time wasted there.
Very pleased with the end result and have now, with confidence, immediately ordered that second item.

Absolutely awful quality!!
Got delivered at 0613 in the morning, surely this is illegal, and the sofa was in 3 boxes!! Who even has to build a sofa!! I had to build this myself and I am disabled!!
ABSOLUTELY AVOID, this sofa is rock hard, not comfortable at all. Absolutely fuming with it!!
Some lovely sofas at reasonable prices but delivery to Northern Ireland is £200!!! As usual us British over here are treated like second class citizens!
