I wish i would have read the reviews. My order was done july 19-2025 and no word from them about tracking my order. They took my money o'right, they said it would take 4 to 6 days to get my order, I started to inquire about the order last week-end august 2 and they don't recognize my order number, but somehow they have my money, and the phone number is a joke, the recording says "offer limited phone support" should say NO phone support. I called my credit card and i am disputing this charge

Customer service does not take phone calls. Literally.

I ordered a controller for a semi electric Medline bed and paid extra to have it delivered in 2-4 days, because without it, my completely disabled son could not have the bed adjusted at all. On day 4, I called to see where the controller was. Customer Service does not take phone calls (I am not making this up) but you can leave a message. I chose to email the company for the next 2 days and did not receive a reply. On the 7th day, I emailed and said I would dispute the charge and leave a scathing review if I didn't hear back. Today, Day 8, I got an email saying the controller is on back order. Did they tell me that on Day 1? They did not, thank you for asking. Fortunately for my son, I already found the controller on Ebay and ordered it yesterday. Find ANY other way to get your supplies. Medline was almost as bad, because they don't sell that controller, which is from Medline. No, I said that right.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst. I ordered a mattress that was noted to be in stock 2 weeks ago and paid for faster shipping. Two weeks later, no mattress, no answers to my multiple emails, no return phone call. When you call there, you cannot speak with anyone....you have to email. I fi ally received an email that said their supplier was out of stock, a couple days later I received an email that said item was discontinued, about 5 minutes after that I received n email that said item has shipped. Today I received an email that said item delivered. I have not received the package, and they refuse to return my emails or my repeated requests for a phone call. DO NOT use this company.

Refuses to ship a second time to Hawaii

My first order was processed and shipped quickly. Was over the top happy. But 2 weeks later when i placed a duplicate order all of a sudden they canceled my order and stated that they don’t ship to Hawaii! What!! Flat rate postal boxes ship everywhere . After multiple email and getting no where they claim that it was first sent to me by mistake!!! I have a 8 year old son who uses a walker and i need replacement parts and they are the only business that sells them. So they get only 1 star!!

I ordered a wheelchair and it was not compatible with what I wanted. I imitated a return and was advised I would receive a return shipping label. After several days still no shipping label. How long does it take for this company to initiate a shipping label?

HME is a company that supports disabled…

HME is a company that supports disabled people to be able to carry on there life as normal as can be .Their staff is very helpful when ordering equipment or parts , and even will straighten out your mess when you order the wrong part , very helpful, Thanks HME for your support!!

Very happy with product, shipping time, and cost

I found this site on Google while searching for rollator parts. I was skeptical at first as we should be when dealing with an unknown website. I made my first order for a part and crossed my fingers (I've been duped before by other phishing sites). The followup emails and tracking numbers came the next day and a few days after that, my item showed up. I was relieved and very satisfied. The part was exactly what I ordered and brand new. I ordered a part for another rollator and sure enough, the communication was on point, the shipping was fast, and the part was brand new and exactly what I ordered. I am very happy with HME Medical Shop. I have read some of the other reviews left by customers and while I have never had a reason to contact HME about returns and such, I am very pleased with their service and I will do business with them again if I need any additional rollator parts.

I have been placing multiple calls

I have been placing multiple calls, no response. I have sent three emails, no response. I have setup a return, no response. It’s though they don’t exist. This is a terrible company considering they sell products for sick and elderly. This has been going three weeks now.

You're on Your Own After Paying for Order

Placed an order for a hoyer lift battery, but inadvertently ordered two. Received both batteries, and installed one of them; it worked fine. I completed the online return form to send back the 2nd one. I received the code for the return and the following information on April 21, 2024: PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 DAYS TO PROCESS RETURNS DUE TO COVID PROTOCOLS Your return request RMA # Order# has been submitted successfully within the allotted return timeframe. We will be sending out another email with further instructions as soon as we complete your request. If you have any questions, contact us at: (their web site) There has been no further information from them, and I have emailed them several times. I've called numerous times, but they don't answer and you can't leave a message. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED, AND YOU BETTER HOPE IT WORKS, BECAUSE YOU WON'T RECEIVE ANY SUPPORT. USE PAYPAL TO PAY, AT LEAST THEY WILL HELP YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR GET THEM TO RESPONS SO YOU CAN RECEIVE A CREDIT AND RETURN THE ITEM.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service, actually it’s borderline mail fraud. They sent me a joystick controller. It did not fit my wife’s chair. I got an immediate response to send it back but never received a return label as promised. Then after months of trying to reach them wit emails and unanswered phone calls. I received a message via email that they ha the wrong email for me. Go figure, then they promised to refund my $578.00. I just received my statement and see the charges are back on my card. A real bunch of thief’s. Never answering the phone and lying about responding. Imagine they sent me an email saying they had an incorrect email to send a return label to, after stopping payment and protesting the charge now it’s back on my card.

Returns Procedure Lacking

It is impossible to get return information from HME. Although I was granted a return authorization number within a couple of days, and told to wait for email instructions, it's been over a month of waiting. No one EVER answers the 800-258-6313 line. Vmail says that there is limited phone support and to email questions to a website address. Did so three times, and receive an "evaluating your request response" each time. This is not world class customer service and would caution to be aware of this void.

No customer service available to help

I ordered a new battery for my mobility scooter as well as a docking station. They mailed the battery but not the docking station. I immediately emailed customer service. I have tried calling their customer service line multiple times and they put you on a recorded loop telling you to email them. I created an account to message them through their site and a week later STILL no response from any of my attempts. I may have to call my FSA money and tell them to deny the charge? Not sure how else to get my $160+ back.
