No customer service available to help
I ordered a new battery for my mobility scooter as well as a docking station. They mailed the battery but not the docking station. I immediately emailed customer service. I have tried calling their customer service line multiple times and they put you on a recorded loop telling you to email them. I created an account to message them through their site and a week later STILL no response from any of my attempts. I may have to call my FSA money and tell them to deny the charge? Not sure how else to get my $160+ back.
