You're on Your Own After Paying for Order

Placed an order for a hoyer lift battery, but inadvertently ordered two. Received both batteries, and installed one of them; it worked fine. I completed the online return form to send back the 2nd one. I received the code for the return and the following information on April 21, 2024: PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 DAYS TO PROCESS RETURNS DUE TO COVID PROTOCOLS Your return request RMA # Order# has been submitted successfully within the allotted return timeframe. We will be sending out another email with further instructions as soon as we complete your request. If you have any questions, contact us at: (their web site) There has been no further information from them, and I have emailed them several times. I've called numerous times, but they don't answer and you can't leave a message. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED, AND YOU BETTER HOPE IT WORKS, BECAUSE YOU WON'T RECEIVE ANY SUPPORT. USE PAYPAL TO PAY, AT LEAST THEY WILL HELP YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR GET THEM TO RESPONS SO YOU CAN RECEIVE A CREDIT AND RETURN THE ITEM.
