The worst customer service
The worst customer service, actually it’s borderline mail fraud. They sent me a joystick controller. It did not fit my wife’s chair. I got an immediate response to send it back but never received a return label as promised. Then after months of trying to reach them wit emails and unanswered phone calls. I received a message via email that they ha the wrong email for me. Go figure, then they promised to refund my $578.00. I just received my statement and see the charges are back on my card. A real bunch of thief’s. Never answering the phone and lying about responding. Imagine they sent me an email saying they had an incorrect email to send a return label to, after stopping payment and protesting the charge now it’s back on my card.
