Customer service does not take phone calls. Literally.

I ordered a controller for a semi electric Medline bed and paid extra to have it delivered in 2-4 days, because without it, my completely disabled son could not have the bed adjusted at all. On day 4, I called to see where the controller was. Customer Service does not take phone calls (I am not making this up) but you can leave a message. I chose to email the company for the next 2 days and did not receive a reply. On the 7th day, I emailed and said I would dispute the charge and leave a scathing review if I didn't hear back. Today, Day 8, I got an email saying the controller is on back order. Did they tell me that on Day 1? They did not, thank you for asking. Fortunately for my son, I already found the controller on Ebay and ordered it yesterday. Find ANY other way to get your supplies. Medline was almost as bad, because they don't sell that controller, which is from Medline. No, I said that right.
