I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
I’ve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could ‘reduce’ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

I had an issue with the memory limited reach on my site that was creating some issues. This issue was giving me problems with editing some pages on my Wordpress website. I knew it has something to do with the server side which is why I contacted Heart Internet. The support team instantly increase the memory limit and the problem was solved. What's even better is that the team responded within 20 mins.
Once again I've had a stellar experience with Heart's support team. My contact today was long time member of their team, Ralitza, who could not have been more helpful and efficient - she even remembered the details of our earlier conversation when we arranged to speak again a few hours later. When you have web sites to manage and keep running you'll inevitably encounter problems and this is when great support is worth its weight in gold. There's quite a bit I do not understand when it comes to many technical issues but I always know friendly help is at hand. If you're evaluating hosting providers and support is an important factor for you then I strongly recommend these guys.
Hi I have been trying to sort out my domain renewal and it is a nightmare, I have been onto their customer support for over 2 hours trying to sort this. The account will not accept my password even when I have reset it. They take no responsibility for sorting this out any advice would be appreciated. You can only chat on line to this company it is a nightmare. I cannot move forward to renew my account.
This is one of the most terrible hosting providers in the UK. Just wait util you have a slight card/billing issues but when they double charge and take money from your account mistakenly there is no problem but as soon as your payment is late they throw their toys out of the prams. They deleted all my packages, emails, hostings and they are now telling me to recreate over 120 email boxes and I have to recreate all the hosting packages for 40 domains manually before they can restore the service. They certainly don’t value their customers all they care about is money. I was so disappointed when they used a shotgun approach and deleted all my packages including all my emails because of issues with the card payment. Card payment issues and even expired card issues could happen to anyone at any time. Imagine having your entire business shut down, and all you business data deleted because they could not process a payment a card payment. Don’t ever use this company they are better hosting providers out there, that offer better, affordable and reliable services. A very good company to use is Siteground.com. Please avoid Heart Internet at all cost. Don’t go near them, you do so at your own peril. You can lose your entire business overnight with these Heart Internet. Now I have to recreate 120 mailboxes and add hosting packages to over 40 domains, the issue is where do we even start from. They have taken their payments but all the registered domain in the account are still down. Seriously these are not the kind of people you want to do business with. RUN I say RUN away from these people it only takes a slight mistake/payment error before they delete all your data. If they were issues with payment, all they needed to do was to freeze the account but to go to the extent of deleting all the data for 40 domains and 120 mail boxes beat me hollow.
