As a lover of most of Greggs products…
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!

Greggs have no interest in British…
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

Lovely staff
Dear sir madam. Came into your clacton on sea shop at the factory outlet and met Marie what a wonderfully happy nice helpful member of staff she is customer service everywhere I travel I find terrible and at an all time low not in this case she is a realy nice lady and as I sat and ate she was just as nice to everyone else what an asset. Many thanks Mr and Mrs John and Laura card.

Very rude staff
Ordered from Greggs barking ordered big match bundle with a cold sandwich meal deal everything but my cookies turned up I contacted store and was met with a very rude staff member I said I was missing my cookies and she started saying she packed them and said I’m lieing and said she was gonna report me to just eat absolutely awful customer service will not be ordering from Greggs again

Waste of money
The pastry on the cheese & onion pasty tasted of apple, and the chelsea bun was that hard I could have put a dent in the wall if I threw it at it. Poor quality, not half as good as they used to be.

Reducing Pastry on Sausage Rolls and Pastry in Raw
I love Greggs but lately, I am continually disappointed. The amount of pastry is being reduced on the sausage rolls, it is so thin and undercooked they might as well leave it off! Even though it is thin, it is not cooked. The bottoms of the sausage rolls are not just underbaked, they are raw pastry -Urgh. Come on Greggs, stop messing about with the recipes to save a few pence and go back to what works!

Went to Greggs Berwick-upon-Tweed and bought a sausage roll. Very disappointed. Are they using less sausage meat? Not the flavour or substance. These companies that get so big, before you know it, they cut back on the contents , and customers are paying more for less.Wont be back in a hurry at all.
