Kilmarnock store was very good
Kilmarnock retail park store was very good, a little busy but helpful friendly staff and piping hot food
Greggs has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

There is a dead bug in my daughters yum yum
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

As a very strict vegan, I tend to avoid chains such as Greggs. However, yesterday I went to Tesco (Greggs is just inside) in Huntingdon, Cambs and I was desperate for a coffee, having just been for a scan . I had to smile, even when queuing, as the man in front of me started to make dance moves to the music! The lady who served me was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I had a very acceptable coffee with oat milk and a delicious vegan doughnut as a treat - only £1 for the latter and it was served in a paper bag, marked as Vegan. To all fellow vegans out there, it was a lovely surprise and I really enjoyed it. Great value for money too!
Every time I go to greggs I get charged around 40p mire for the takeaway sandwich deal,I questioned thus and they say that drink isn't included but it clearly states it does, fed up with them ripping me off done with them for good.
I waited behind 6 or 7 customers at the eastbound Birch Services outlet this morning. It took 20 minuets to be served! One guy taking the order and serving while the other prepared the food. This was the busy breakfast rush at 07:30 this morning and at least as many people gave up waiting as was served. Thus reducing their revenue by 50%. I'm sure the FD will be pleased to hear that. The guy serving wasn't interested and after everyone order was given to him by the customer he asked them to repeat it again when he placed the order into the till. Given the time of day and the loss of revenue surely it makes sense to have two servers?
Decided to buy the breakfast deal of coffee and porridge as I hungry and cold. Got the porridge took lid off expecting a full pot, had a couple of inches of watery porridge, let it stand as instructed so it would thicken. By the time it had soaked the water in it was almost cold. So it did not warm me up of fill me. Will go McDonald or Nero in future if I want porridge at least theirs is hot and you get a good amount for your money. Also this breakfast deal is not good and I noticed prices had gone up again.
The three star award is actually based on our experiences with eating and drinking in the Norfolk stores. We've always found the food and coffee really fresh and extremely good value. However, it is a shame I cannot say the same for cleanliness and this is the main reason for me to write this review. I don't know if this is due to a lack of staff, but the floors are always littered with rubbish and the toilets are always disgusting. We have used various stores around Norwich, and we've found every one the same, in fact the last one was so dirty, my husband would not stop to buy anything. It is really concerning that the toilets in eateries such as yours are allowed to become so dirty and unhygienic. Surely, for health reasons, inspections and cleaning should take place regularly throughout the day. So for hygiene and cleanliness, I cannot even summon up one star, Please Greggs, hire more staff to clean regularly. One person should be solely responsible for this duty throughout the day and hopefully it will be kept under control. It's not so bad for those who take away but people who like to sit in such as us, should expect a certain degree of cleanliness in the toilet area. My husband says he cannot stomach using Greggs ever again which is a shame as we used to like going in for a quick snack.
Needs to speed up service at Skipton - constantly slow, never had to walk out before but 5 min to serve as many customers with only one person serving... only made it halfway down the queue and had to leave! Bingley however, ☆☆☆☆☆
I managed to get a magic bag from Too Good to Go for the Talke shop, and when I showed the guy behind the counter, it was like he had no clue what he was looking for. Plus when I tried to show him from scratch on the app, the WiFi didn't work. It kind of worked out eventually.
Absolutely terrible products!!! My wife bought me a tuna baguette yesterday, on first impressions it looked nice, however when I opened it up was I really disappointed!! The tuna filling was only laid out along the edge to give the impression it was full, but it certainly wasn’t!!! Absolute joke!!! Marketing at the extreme!!!! I do not recommend
