Reducing Pastry on Sausage Rolls and Pastry in Raw
I love Greggs but lately, I am continually disappointed. The amount of pastry is being reduced on the sausage rolls, it is so thin and undercooked they might as well leave it off! Even though it is thin, it is not cooked. The bottoms of the sausage rolls are not just underbaked, they are raw pastry -Urgh. Come on Greggs, stop messing about with the recipes to save a few pence and go back to what works!
