Bij aangeven van een probleem, wordt er snel gereageerd, en werd er in mijn geval een passende oplossing aangeboden.
Hetgeen ik geleverd kreeg, stemde niet overeen met wat werd geleverd. ik mocht voor hetzelfde bedrag, zelfs een beetje meer, iets anders bestellen. Geen discussie en vriendelijke mails. …tot … Ik heb het item teruggestuurd, volgens hun instructies, maar sindsdien geen bericht meer ontvangen. Geen reactie. Volgens mij gaat het hier om verdoken fraude. NIET BESTELLEN!

Jeg købte en altan parasol med bordholder. Jeg fik pakken fra post Nord i fredags. 400 gr indeholdende kun bordholderen. Parasollen har jeg ikke modtaget. I ordered a simcardholder for a One plus open and they just send me a whatever-card-holder. I ordered today a Fm-antenne. By clicking it says immediately : thank you for your order and automatically that same wrong simcard holder was added on my order again. So : 50usd in stead of 15usd 😡GRAN-NL-1497198

Order bike battery 24/June 2025, had to contact them regarding no confirmation or a tracking no, eventually got a tracking no, but they just kept saying contact this tracking no, waited three weeks and tracking no just kept saying sorry we couldn't find your order, contacted again to get same response, I believe the system is on a loop, it hadn't even left the warehouse if there is a warehouse ( I believe this is just a scam to hold on to your money for as long as possible for interest) had to get PayPal involved to get my money back, but IV wasted nearly a month on these cowboys, do be warned you do have a choice, also believe a lot of the good feed back are either local to them or been paid off,
