Hetgeen ik geleverd kreeg, stemde niet overeen met wat werd geleverd. ik mocht voor hetzelfde bedrag, zelfs een beetje meer, iets anders bestellen. Geen discussie en vriendelijke mails. …tot … Ik heb het item teruggestuurd, volgens hun instructies, maar sindsdien geen bericht meer ontvangen. Geen reactie. Volgens mij gaat het hier om verdoken fraude. NIET BESTELLEN!

Terrible false advertisement
I had ordered a battery pack for my digital camera and on the grandado website it had shown both the battery charger and the battery itself, which was extreme false advertisment. I waited multiple weeks and when my package finally arrived only the battery charger arrived but no battery to be found. Terrible place do NOT reccomend

Incorrect product received, no response from customer services
Ordered a 110cm SMB with blue spool and yellow line. Received a 150cm SMB with red spool and orange line. Can't use this for its intended purpose and have to order a new one from another shop. Customer service so far unresponsive.
