Hi - When I signed on, it was my understanding that rate hikes occurred in 4 month intervals around seasonal changes. Now I see the new rate is for 12 months. Can someone explain, please.

Good service and pricing is competitive. Two small comments on areas that might be improved. 1) I would have preferred a shorter, even lower priced contract than is currently offered, and 2) Pennsylvania has set up mechanisms to allow quick and easy transfer of service. Sunwave needs to streamline their internal sign-up procedures to take advantage of PA's streamlined processes. The transfer can be made much faster than Sunwave's current internal processes allow.

I have renewed my contract as they let me switch to another plan within their company if it is a better deal- only issue is I did not always get advertised price on my bill but they always made good on it. Not sure if it was a problem with Sunwave or utility company.
Though new to Sunwave, the sign-up and transition have been pleasant, and the pricing has been beneficial.
