Poor experience, will debit money from your account without approval
Charged $40 for a toll which we had already paid for. When we tried to dispute the $40 charge and provided proof of toll payment, the company refused to withhold it and debited it from our account.

Best experience in car rental!!
I had mistakenly book a car for pickup at Auckland airport as opposed to Queenstown airport where I would arrive. Before boarding my flight in Sydney, I receive a call as a reminder to do the app checkin and I realize the misunderstanding. The attendant quickly changes the reservation and gives me an upgrade free of charge as the same vehicle was not available in Queenstown. I do the checkin on the app and, when I land outside opening hours, the car is waiting for me by their depot next to the terminal with very clear instructions received by email on how to retrieve the key. The baby seat is already perfectly installed. The best experience I have had when renting a car - I will definitely use Go Rentals every time I come to NZ and hope they open in Australia soon

Go Rentals staff were wonderful. The Toyota Corolla was clean & ready when we arrived. Would recommend them if you are visiting NZ.
