Excellent rental experience
Excellent rental experience. Go Rentals are straightforward and easy to deal with. They have good vehicles in great condition at a reasonable price. I have rented four times now with completely different types of vehicles and have had a good experience every time.

Easy peasy…
Easy peasy I did get disoriented where to go for shuttle pick up but once I found it was so good Staff were quick and efficient Drop off was a dream out driver helped up with our luggage and got us to the airport safely with a warm farewell

No issues at all from ease of booking
No issues at all from ease of booking, pickup from Dunedin Airport, driving around for a week, then drop off back to Dunedin Airport. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Smooth Experience
It was a smooth experience from booking to returning the car. Friendly staff. Very prompt. If you want a no-stress experience, I'd recommend to book them. The only other feedback though, which is minimal is that there was no water for the wiper to use when we needed it to clean the windshield while driving. It was a bit difficult to drive. They just need to check the necessary things. Overall, it's a good experience.
